Responsibilities & Requirements
- 3-5 years of maintenance experience preferably in heavy engineering.
- National Senior Certificate (Matric), N5 in an Electrical /Mechanical Engineering and Recognised Trade test advantageous
- Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for specialized repairs or installations.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment manuals, and inventory of spare parts.
- Ensure that all company vehicles are properly serviced and calibrated.
- Maintain and update all company records of equipment and machinery.
- Inspect company premises and equipment regularly to identify any potential safety hazards.
- Prepare cost estimates for repairs, maintenance, and replacement of company equipment and machinery.
- Ad hoc duties
- Good communication skills in English.
- Flexibility, willingness to travel, work away from home and Own transport
- Medically fit.
