I began my career in warehouse operations as a storeman, where I gained hands-on experience optimizing inventory flow and reducing waste. As I progressed into procurement and supply chain leadership roles, I led cost-reduction initiatives, negotiated high-value contracts, and implemented systems to enhance forecasting accuracy and reduce downtime across operations. This experience prepared me to take on the Head of Inventory and Procurement role, where I now lead strategic sourcing, demand planning, and supplier performance across operations—delivering both operational continuity and measurable cost savings
